Prenatal Readiness
1:1 Body Ready Method® Prenatal Readiness Includes
An initial one hour BRM® movement assessment
One hour sessions to create customized movement practices for you as you progress through your pregnancy
Each session builds on the work of the previous session and will be tailored to your needs at each stage of your pregnancy
The end result will be a movement routine that you can practice at home during your entire pregnancy
As your pregnancy progresses we can add additional sessions to address particular needs if they arise
Your customized dynamic movement routine will address all five of the key pillars of the Body Ready Method® : your core, pelvic floor, upper body mobility, pelvis, and body alignment and movement patterns.
In our sessions we will assess your movement patterns and evaluate your pregnant posture and breathing. Informed by this assessment we will develop a routine that will include core exercises and breath work to help with baby positioning, labor and birth, tools to activate muscles in your pelvic floor, tools to improve hip and pelvic mobility to ready your body for birth and upper body and breath work to support a more easeful birth. We will incorporate elements to prepare you for a more functional pregnancy and a more efficient birthing process.
