In-person doula support through pregnancy, labor and birth and immediate postpartum

Access to me by phone/text for questions that arise during pregnancy and to touch base as your pregnancy progresses

2 to 3 Prenatal visits to get to know you and your partner and to discuss your vision for your birth experience. We will also work on crafting your birth plan and techniques and positions for efficient and optimal births

On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until the baby is born

Continuous physical and emotional support throughout your labor and delivery

Immediate postpartum transition support for the two hours following the birth of the baby

and 2 postpartum visits within the first two to four weeks to make sure everyone is doing well and to touch base on feeding, sleep and the transition to parenthood
